اثر بار رسوبی معلق بر ضریب افت انرژی در لولههای پلی اتیلن
در آبگیری از رودخانهها همواره ذرات رسوب به همراه آب بهصورت بارهای کف و رسوبات معلق وارد تأسیسات انتقال و تنظیم آب میشوند و تغییراتی در شرایط جریان لولهها و کانالها ایجاد میکنند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر رسوبات معلق بر میزان افت انرژی در لولههای صاف انجام شده است. بدین منظور آزمایشهایی با مخلوط آب و رسوب با غلظتهای 1/0 تا 5 درصد حجمی ذرات رسوب ریزدانه با قطرهای میانه 04/0، 064/0، 15/0، 25/0، و 72/0 میلیمتر در دو سری سیستم لولة پلیاتیلن با قطرهای داخلی 66 و 80 میلیمتر انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد وجود رسوب در جریان آب در اعداد رینولدز پایین تأثیر قابل توجهی بر میزان افت بار در لولههای صاف دارد به گونهای که افزایشی تا 125درصد را نسبت به آب صاف نشان میدهد. نتایج همچنان نشان داد که مقدار افت انرژی با افزایش غلظت و قطر ذرات به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش مییابد. با افزایش عدد رینولدز تأثیر بار رسوبی بر افت کاهش یافته و مقدار آن به افت آب خالص نزدیک میشود. در برخی موارد، در اعداد رینولدز بالا، حضور بار رسوبی موجب کاهش افت انرژی، تا کمتر از مقدار آن برای آب صاف نیز میگردد.

بهبود مدیریت آبیاری هیبریدهای ذرت دانهای در ارزوئیه کرمان با استفاده از مدل SWAP
پژوهش حاضر بر روی محصول ذرت در ارزوئیه کرمان بهمدت دو سال متوالی 85-84 و 86-85 انجام گرفت. آزمایش بهصورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار که در آن مقدار آب مصرفی در4 سطح بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی (60، 80، و 100 درصد نیاز آبی ذرت و آبیاری بر اساس عرف منطقه) و رقم در سه سطح (سینگل کراس 404، 700، و 704) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی انجام شد. دادههای اندازهگیری شامل حجم آب آبیاری، عملکرد دانه و شاخص سطح برگ بودند. نتایج حاصل از اجرای مدل SWAP نشان داد که همبستگی نسبتاً خوبی بین دادههای مشاهداتی و محاسباتی وجود دارد، بهطوریکه مقادیر تیمارهای آبیاری نزدیک به مقادیر تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه بهدست آمد. همچنین اختلافاتی بین دادههای مشاهداتی و محاسباتی با مدل مربوط به رقمهای مورد استفادۀ ذرت وجود داشت. این اختلافها در هر دو پارامتر میزان عملکرد و شاخص سطح برگ مشهود بودند. بههرحال در شرایط آب و هوایی سالهای 85 و 86 در منطقۀ مورد تحقیق رقم ذرت سینگلکراس 704 نسبت به سایر ارقام مناسبتر تشخیص داده شد. با توجه به شوری آب آبیاری ( EC=4 دسیزیمنس بر متر) میزان آب آبیاری مورد نیاز برای حصول بیشترین عملکرد نسبی 1100 میلیمتر ( 11000 متر مکعب در هکتار) بهدست آمد. همچنین بررسی شوریهای مختلف نیز میزان کاهش محصول را، به ازای افزایش 2 دسیزیمنس بر متر شوری، 7 درصد نشان داد.

شبیه سازی منحنی رخنه عناصر خنثی و غیر جذبی با استفاده از پارامترهای هیدرولیکی خاک
فرایند انتقال املاح از توزیع سرعت آب در محیط متخلخل خاک تأثیر میپذیرد و توزیع اندازه منافذ خاک از منحنی مشخصه آب خاک به کمک ضریب n یا نمای معادله منحنی مشخصه قابل پیشبینی است که میتواند در استنتاج توزیع سرعت آب در منافذ استفاده شود. در این مطالعه منحنی رخنه عناصر خنثی و غیر جذبی با استفاده از پارامترهای هیدرولیکی خاک برای چهار خاک با بافتهای مختلف شبیهسازی شد. برای ارزیابی شبیهسازی منحنی رخنه، نتایج آن با منحنی رخنه اندازهگیری شده، مقایسه شد. منحنی رخنه به دو پارامتر هیدرولیکی خاک بستگی دارد، یکی پارامتر توزیع اندازه منافذ خاک (n) است که این پارامتر از منحنی مشخصه آب خاک بهدست میآید و دیگری پارامتر مربوط به پیوستگی خلل و فرج(m, Pore connectivity) است. در این شبیهسازی مقادیر m برای خاکهای مختلف بین 2- و 5- تعیین گردید. همچنین درصد سیلت در نمونه خاکها، نقش مهمی در تعیین پارمتر پیوستگی خلل و فرج (m) داشته است. براین اساس معادلهای نیز بین میزان سیلت خاک و مقدار m برای خاکهای مختلف ارائه گردید.

بررسی عملکرد خشک کن انجمادی به کمک شبیه سازی عددی
یک مدل ریاضی برای فرایند خشککن انجمادی توسعه یافتهاست که در آن برای نخستین بار ابعاد و مشخصات چگالنده نیز درنظر گرفته شدهاست. براساس این مدل نرمافزار شبیهساز در محیط MATLAB نوشته شد و کارائی آن در مقایسه با دادههای تجربی خشک کردن سوسپانسیون 20درصد جامدات شیر بهدست آمده از یک خشککن انجمادی آزمایشگاهی با موفقیت، مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. از این نرمافزار برای تعیین تأثیر مشخصات خشککن بر مدتهای مراحل اول و دوم خشکشدن استفاده شد. براساس نتایج شبیهسازی، مدت زمان مرحله اول با توان دوم ضخامت لایه خشک شونده متناسب است در حالیکه مدت مرحله دوم وابستگی ضعیفتری به ضخامت دارد. اثر دمای چگالنده بر مدتهای مراحل اول و دوم، ناخطی است. این تأثیر، با افزایش دمای محفظه خشککن کاهش یافت بهطوریکه در دمای بالاتر از 255 درجة کلوین در مرحله اول و بالاتر از 330 درجة کلوین در مرحله دوم مدت خشک شدن، مستقل از دمای چگالنده میشود. همچنین در شرایط شبیهسازی، کاهش سطح انتقال گرمای چگالنده از 2 به 5/0 مترمربع به ازای هرکیلوگرم آب جداشده در مرحله دوم، موجب افزایش مدت خشک شدن از 11 ساعت به 12 ساعت میشود.

روند تغییرات صفات فیزیکی و زیست شیمیایی میوه ارقام بومی تابستانه سیب (Malus domestica Borkh.) در سردخانه
این پژوهش در سال 1386 بهمنظور شناسایی تغییرات برخی صفات طی دوره انبارمانی میوه، بر درختان 16 ساله پیوند شده بر پایههای بذری 7 رقم سیب بومی زودرس تا متوسط رس شامل' قندک کاشان'، ' گلاب اصفهان'، 'مشهد'، ' گلاب کهنز'،'عسلی'، ' قرمز رضائیه' ورقم جدیدگل بهار پرورش یافته در ایستگاه تحقیقات باغبانی کمالآباد کرج انجام شد. به این منظور میوهها طی دو مرحله برداشت شد. طول دوره نگهداری در سردخانه با توجه به امید کمتر به طولانی بودن دوره انبارمانی میوه در ارقام زودرستر، بر حسب درجه زودرسی به ترتیب 4، 8، و 16 هفته و فواصل زمانی انجام آزمایشها 1، 2، و 4 هفته تعیین گردید. میوهها در دمای 5/0 ± 0 درجه سلسیوس با رطوبت نسبی 10 ± 80 درصد نگهداری شدند. صفات فیزیکی و زیست شیمیایی مورد ارزیابی کاهش وزن، سفتی بافت، مواد جامد محلول (TSS)، اسیدیته قابل عیارسنجی (TA)، اسیدیته (pH)، و شاخص طعم (TSS/TA) بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که اثر رقم و مرحله برداشت بر صفات اندازهگیریشده در طول مدت نگهداری در سردخانه معنیدار بوده است. کمترین کاهش وزن در پایان دورة نگهداری در سردخانه در مرحلة اول برداشت در رقم گل بهار بود ولی در مرحله دوم برداشت، این کاهش بهجز ' گلاب اصفهان' در همه ارقام مشاهده شد. از نظر سفتی بافت میوه در مقطع پایانی آزمایش،' گلاب اصفهان' در هر یک از دو مرحله اول و دوم برداشت، و دو رقم قندک کاشان و قرمز رضائیه با بالاترین سطح در مرحله دوم برداشت تفاوت معنیداری نسبت به دیگر ارقام داشتند. در پایان دورة انبارمانی در سردخانه، بیشترین مواد جامد محلول ( º12<Brix) در گلاب کهنز، فشار هیدروژن یونی زیاد و سطح اسیدیته پایین (4>pH) و اسیدیته قابل عیارسنجی زیاد بیش از 40 درصد در رقم مشهد مشاهده گردید. در پایان مدت نگهداری در سردخانه، بیشترین مقدار شاخص طعم بیش از 60 درصد در مرحله اول برداشت در 'عسلی' و ' گلاب کهنز' و در مرحله دوم برداشت در رقم جدید گل بهار، 'عسلی'،' گلاب اصفهان'، و ' گلاب کهنز' اتفاق افتاد.

اثرات سرعت دورانی خردکن چکشی، دما و زمان هم زدن بر کمیت و کیفیت روغن زیتون رقم روغنی
چگونگی استحصال روغن زیتون میتواند بر کیفیت و کمیت روغن اثرگذار باشد. در این پژوهش روغن بهدست آمده از خردکن چکشی در سرعتهای دورانی 720 و 1450 دور بر دقیقه، دماهای همزدن 30، 45، و 60 درجه سلسیوس و زمان همزدن 10، 20، و 30 دقیقه از نظر کمی (رطوبت و چربی) و کیفی (اسیدیته و پراکسید) بررسی و دادههای آزمون حاصل از آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS با سه تکرار تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش دما و سرعت دورانی خردکن، در مقایسه با زمان همزدن تأثیر بیشتری بر اسیدیته دارد و تنها عامل تأثیرگذار بر پراکسید، دمای واحد همزن است. در مورد پارامترهای کمی، افزایش دما و زمان همزدن، منجر به کاهش رطوبت تفاله شد (افزایش کمیت) و میزان چربی تفاله نیز با افزایش سرعت دورانی خردکن، افزایش دما، و مدت زمان همزدن کاهش یافت (افزایش کمیت). نتایج نشان میدهد که برای بهدست آوردن روغن با کیفیت بالا بهتر است، روغن در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس و سرعت دورانی720 دور در دقیقه برای خردکن چکشی و زمان 20 دقیقه برای همزدن استحصالی شود.

تأثیر خاکورزی مرسوم و حفاظتی بر عملکرد ذرت در تناوب جو ذرت
شدت بالای تبخیر از سطح خاک به علت درجه حرارت بالای محیط و پایین بودن رطوبت نسبی هوا، فقیر بودن خاک از نظر مواد آلی و ناپایداری ساختمان خاک از شاخصههای مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک ایران محسوب میگردد. به نظر میرسد در یک مدیریت منطقهای حفظ و نگهداری بقایای گیاهی با عملیات خاکورزی در صورت عدم تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد محصول میتواند به مثابه روشی در بهبود شرایط اشاره شده مؤثر باشد. به همین منظور برای تناوب زراعی یکساله جو-ذرت (دو محصول زراعی در یکسال) 4 مدیریت بقایایگیاهی ایستاده جو شامل: سوزاندن، مدفونکردن، مخلوطکردن و نگهداری در سطح خاک در قالب 4 تیمار خاکورزی روی تعدادی از شاخصهای گیاهی ذرت و خاک مورد آزمون قرارگرفتند. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و در 3 تکرار از سال1380 به مدت 4 سال زراعی در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کبوترآباد اصفهان در خاک با بافت لوم رسی سیلتی انجام گرفت. عملیات خاکورزی برای محصول جو در هر سال به روش مرسوم وتیمارهایمدیریت بقایای گیاهی(خاکورزی) در ذرت در کرتهای ثابت اعمال شدند. کاشت در تیمارهای خاکورزی شده با ردیفکار مرسوم و در تیمار بیخاکورزی با ماشین کاشت مخصوص این سیستم انجام شد. نتایج سال اول آزمایش نشاندهنده کاهش عملکرد ذرت در تیمار حفظ بقایای گیاهی جو در سطح خاک (بیخاکورزی) نسبت به روشهای دیگر بود. از آنجایی که عدم دستیابی به تعدادمطلوب بوته در واحد سطح به دلیل عدم تماس کافی بذر با خاک علت این کاهش عملکرد شناخته شد، در سالهای بعد با تأمین تماس بیشتر بذر با خاک دستیابی به تعداد مطلوب بوته در واحد سطح امکانپذیرگردید. این امر باعث شد که در سالهای دوم به بعد تفاوت معنیداری در عملکرد محصول و شاخصهای استقرار گیاهی در بین تیمارهای آزمایش مشاهده نگردد. متوسط میزان موادآلی خاک در عمق 10-0 سانتیمتری بعد از 4 سال در روشهای مخلوطکردن، نگهداری در سطح خاک و مدفونکردن بقایا به ترتیب حدود 20، 18، و 13 درصد نسبت به سوزاندن بقایای گیاهی افزایش نشانداد. همچنین جمعیت کرمهای خاکی در تیمار سوزاندن بقایا (خاکورزی مرسوم) به طور معنیداری کمتر از تیمارهای حفظ بقایای گیاهی بود. تفاوت معنیداری در وزن خشک ریشه تا عمق 60 سانتیمتری در بین تیمارهای آزمایش مشاهده نگردید. نتایج چهار ساله آزمایش نشان داد که تولید ذرت علوفهای بعد از جو، به هر دو روش حفظ بقایای جو در سطح (در صورت تأمین تماسکافی بین بذر و خاک) و یا مخلوطکردن بقایای گیاهی با خاک سطحی (کمخاکورزی) بدون تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد محصول امکانپذیر است. بنابراین یک سیستم تلفیقی یکساله شامل ترکیبی از خاکورزی مرسوم برای جو و بیخاکورزی یا کمخاکورزی برای تولید ذرت (بعد از جو)، میتواند به عنوان یک سیستم جایگزین با توجه به افزایش مواد آلی خاک، بهبود فعالیت بیولوژیکی خاک (افزایش جمعیت کرمهای خاکی) برای عملیات خاکورزی مرسوم پیشنهاد گردد.

بررسی و مدلسازی فرایند جذب آب در دماهای مختلف و تأثیر آن بر آسیاب کردن هسته خرما
در فرایند تهیه خوراک دام یا روغن از هسته خرما ابتدا آن را میخیسانند تا هسته نرم شود و انرژی کمتری صرف آسیاب کردن آن گردد. در این پژوهش به بررسی اثر دمای آب در چهار سطح 25، 35، 55، و 65 درجه سلسیوس در میزان جذب آب و قطر ذرات آسیاب شدة هسته خرما پرداخته شده است. بررسی روند جذب آب توسط هسته خرما نشان میدهد که با افزایش دمای آب، سرعت و میزان جذب آب و همچنین میزان رطوبت نهایی هسته خرما افزایش مییابد. حداکثر میزان جذب آب در دماهای ذکر شده به ترتیب 59، 62، 71، و 73 درصد بر پایه وزن خشک بود. بررسی فرایند جذب آب توسط سه مدل تحلیلی، پیج و نمایی نشان داد که هر سه مدل بهخوبی در دادههای آزمایشگاهی برازش شده ولی مدل پیج با ضریب تبیین بیشتر (99/0=R2) بهتر دادهها را توجیه کرد. بررسی تأثیر دما و مدت آب دادن بر روی هستههای خرما نشان داد که با افزایش دما و مدت خیساندن، اندازه ذرات آسیاب شده با نرخ بیشتری کاهش یافت. مناسبترین دمای آب 35 درجه سلسیوس بود که با خیساندن هستهها در این دما به مدت 72 ساعت و آسیاب کردن آنها به مدت 30 ثانیه، قطر متوسط ذرات به کمتر از 2/1 میلیمتر کاهش یافت در حالیکه این کاهش اندازه برای دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس پس از گذشت حدود 175 ساعت بهدست آمد. مدل لگاریتمی ارائه شده برای بیان قطر ذرات آسیاب شده به صورت تابعی از زمان خیساندن به خوبی با دادههای آزمایشگاهی مطابقت کرد (98/0>R2).
