برآورد نفوذپذیری خاکهای چسبنده اشباع در سدهای زیرزمینی با استفاده از مؤلفههای فیزیکی
یکی از نیازهای اساسی در طراحی و اجرای سدهای زیرزمینی، تخمین و کنترل میزان آبگذری بدنة سد است. ارزیابی مصالح بهکار رفته در بدنة سدهای زیرزمینی در بررسیهای مربوط به معیارها و اصول طراحی این سدها عاملی مهم و تعیینکننده است. سؤال این است که با بررسی آزمایشگاهی مصالح مورد استفاده در هسته سدهای زیرزمینی و با در نظر گرفتن شاخص آبگذری و نفوذپذیری، آیا میتوان الگوی مشخص و سریعی برای تخمین ضریب آبگذری اشباع ارائه کرد یا نه. برای این منظور، با یک روش جدید نه نمونه خاک چسبنده تهیه و از یک مدل فیزیکی با سطح مقطع مربع از جنس پلاکسی گلاس دارای سه جعبه مجزا به ابعاد 20×20×30 سانتیمتر و به درازای 90 سانتیمتر استفاده شد. منبع تأمین ارتفاع آب، مخزنی است که قابلیت تغییر ارتفاع تا دو متر را روی محور مدل تأمین میکند. با اعمال فشار آب در ارتفاع 5/0، 1 و 5/1 متر بر نمونة متراکم شده در جعبه، دادهها به دست آمد. به کمک رگرسیونگیری خطی به روش گام به گام، اطلاعات به دست آمده برای دستیابی به معادلۀ تخمین ضریب آبگذری اشباعمورد استفاده قرار گرفت. با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، دو رابطه برای تخمین ضریب آبگذری در خاکهای متراکم چسبنده ارائه شد. در مرحله بعد، با محاسبة تخلخل ثانویه با استفاده از رگرسیونگیری غیرخطی ضریب آبگذری اشباعبه صورت تابعی توانی از تخلخل ثانویه ارائه شد. به کمک این رابطه در نموداری با محور x=w (w رطوبت خاک) و y=ρw/ρd ؛ منحنیهای ضریب آبگذری اشباع و درجۀ اشباع خاک متراکم به صورت خطی رسم شد. به کمک این نمودارها میتوان ضریب آبگذری اشباع و درجۀ اشباع خاک متراکم را در خاک چسبنده متراکم با تخمین مناسبی به دست آورد.

تأثیر رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری بر کارایی مصرف آب چغندرقند پاییزه در منطقۀ مشهد
امکان کشت چغندرقند در پاییز و استفاده از عملکرد ریشة آن در بهار سال بعد در برخی از مناطق کشور وجود دارد. کشت پاییزه چغندرقند، در مقایسه با کشت بهاره، به دلیل استفاده از بارشهای پاییزی و زمستانی و قرار نگرفتن دورة رشد گیاه در فصل تابستان، صرفهجویی قابل توجهی در مصرف آب دارد. این تحقیق با هدف برآورد کارایی مصرف آب در کشت پاییزة چغندرقند در منطقة مشهد و دستیابی به بهترین دور و عمق آبیاری اجرا شد. به این منظور، آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در اراضی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان رضوی در سال زراعی 92-93 به اجرا درآمد. در این آزمایش، کرتهای اصلی شامل سه دور آبیاری (7 ، 10 و 14 روز) و کرتهای فرعی شامل چهار سطح آبیاری (جبران 50، 75، 100 و 125 درصد کمبود رطوبت خاک تا نقطة ظرفیت زراعی) بود. نتایج نشان میدهد که وزن ریشه، میزان مادة خشک، میزان قند ناخالص و شکر سفید در سه دور آبیاری 7، 10 و 14 روز تفاوت معنیداری با هم ندارند. اما صفات مذکور در تیمارهای سطوح آبیاری تفاوت معنیدار در سطح 1 درصد نشان میدهند. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب آبیاری برای عملکرد شکر سفید، به عنوان محصول نهایی و اقتصادی کشت چغندرقند، از تیمار 75 درصد تامین نیاز آبی و پس از آن از تیمار 100 درصد تامین نیاز آبی در دور آبیاری 14 روز حاصل شده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق، در منطقۀ مشهد و مناطق مشابه اقلیمی، برای کشت پاییزه چغندرقند میتوان آبیاری را هر دو هفته یک بار و به میزان تأمین 75 تا 100 درصد نیاز آبی برنامهریزی کرد. این نحوة برنامهریزی آبیاری موجب کاهش هزینههای آبیاری (به میزان 33 درصد)، صرفهجویی در آب مصرفی (به میزان 18 درصد) و دستیابی به حداکثر کارایی مصرف آب، در مقایسه با آبیاری دور هفت روز، خواهد شد.

بررسی بهرهوری انرژی-آب و بهرهوری اقتصادی انرژی در سامانههای آبیاری بارانی و سطحی در شرایط بهرهبرداری از آب زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی: دشت قزوین)
ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آبو اﻧﺮژیدر دﻧﻴﺎﻣﺤﺪوداستوﺑﻪﻋﻠﺖبالا رفتنﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖوﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎیﻏﺬا،ﻣﺼﺮفآبو اﻧﺮژیﺑﺮایﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﻛﺸﺎورزیﻧﻴـﺰاﻓﺰاﻳش مییابد. هدف از این پژوهش مقایسهً بهرهوری انرژی-آب و بهرهوری اقتصادیانرژی در سامانهها یا سیستمهای آبیاری بارانی و سطحی در شرایط بهرهبرداری از آب زیرزمینی است. برای رسیدن به این هدف از اطلاعات و دادههای تفصیلی سیستمهای آبیاری و عملکرد محصولات تحت کشت این سیستمها در سال 1390 در دشت قزوین استفاده شده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با مراجعهً حضوری به مزارع و تکمیل پرسشنامهو مطالعهً دفترچههای طراحی سیستمهای آبیاری تحت بهرهبرداری در مزارع مورد مطالعه و سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان قزوین جمعآوریشده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، دامنهً بهرهوری انرژی در آبیاری بارانی بر حسب کیلوگرم به ازای هر کیلووات ساعت در مزارع انتخابی برای گندم بین 62/2 تا 00/9، برای جو بین 09/2 تا 79/7، برای ذرت دانهای بین 09/1 تا 64/8 و برای یونجه بین 34/0 تا 74/3 و در آبیاری سطحی به ترتیب بین 48/2 تا 02/12 برای گندم، 96/1 تا 69/13 برای جو، 52/1 تا 20/15 برای ذرت دانهای و 35/0 تا30/6 برای یونجه به دست آمده است. بهرهوری اقتصادی انرژی در آبیاری سطحی و بارانی برای گندم بیشتر از سه محصول دیگر است. نتایج همچنین نشان میدهد که در حالت بهرهبرداری تلفیقی از آب زیرزمینی و کانال آبیاری، بهرهوری انرژی در سیستمهای آبیاری به مراتب بیشتر از بهرهوری انرژی در حالت بهرهبرداری از آب زیرزمینی است.

بررسی خواص کاربردی فیلم مرکب خوراکی بر پایه ترکیب پروتئین آب پنیر- پولولان
پروتئینها و پلی ساکاریدها منابع خوبی در تهیه فیلمها با پوششهای خوراکی هستند. در این پژوهش، از ترکیب پروتئین آبپنیر و پولولان به نسبتهای مختلف (70:30، 50:50 و 30:70) استفاده شد و فیلمها از طریق روش قالبریزی تهیه شدند. خواص مکانیکی (مقاومت کششی و درصد ازدیاد طول) و خواص فیزیکی (میزان رطوبت، انحلالپذیری، نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخارآب، ضخامت و تغییرات رنگ) فیلمها بررسی شد. نتایج بررسیها نشان میدهد که در نسبت 50:50 پروتئین آبپنیر – پولولان، میزان نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخارآب و انحلالپذیری در آب کاهش مییابد و در کنار آن مقاومت کششی و تغییرات رنگی به بیشترین میزان میرسد. مقدار رطوبت در نمونهها تفاوت معنیداری نشان نمیدهد. با افزایش میزان پولولان، درصد ازدیاد طول فیلمها افزایش و با افزایش میزان پولولان ضخامت فیلمها کاهش مییابد. تصاویر تهیه شده با میکروسکوپ الکترونی، ساختاری یکنواخت بدون تفکیک فازی را در فیلمهای مرکب نشان میدهد که بیانگر سازگاری این دو بیوپلیمر با هم است.

تعیین کیفیت و کمیت روغن دو رقم زیتون (زرد و دزفول) در دو منطقة آب و هوایی استان فارس
نوع و درصد ترکیبات اسیدهای چرب روغن زیتون از عوامل مهم تعیینکنندهء ارزش کیفی و اقتصادی این روغن محسوب میشود. ترکیب روغن زیتون در ارقام و شرایط مختلف کاشت متفاوت است. با توجه به اینکه استان فارس از مناطق مستعد کشت زیتون به شمار میآید؛ این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگیهای دو رقم امیدبخش زیتون (زرد و دزفول) شهرهای شیراز و کازرون اجرا شد. نمونههای دو رقم زیتون زرد و دزفول از دو شهر شیراز و کازرون تهیه و صفات میوه شامل وزن، حجم، طول و قطر میوه و هسته و نسبت وزن گوشت به هسته و همچنین تعیین درصد روغن و ترکیب اسیدهای چرب توسط کروماتوگرافی گازی اندازهگیری شد. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان میدهد که، از نظر شاخصهای فیزیکی تفاوت معنیداری بین دو رقم زرد و دزفول، جز در طول هسته که در رقم دزفول بیشتر است وجود ندارد. در بین دو منطقهء کاشت، طول میوه و نسبت وزنی گوشت به هسته در شیراز بالاتر از طول میوه و نسبت وزنی گوشت به هسته کازرون است. در بین دو رقم زیتون، میزان اسیدهای اولئیک، اسید استئاریک و اسید آراشیدیک در رقم زرد بالاتر است تا در رقم دزفول و میزان اسید پالمیتیک، اسید لینولئیک و اسید پالمیتولئیک در رقم دزفول بیشتر است تا در رقم زرد. در بین مناطق کاشت نیز درصد روغن و میزان اسید اولئیک در شیراز بالاتر از درصد روغن و میزان اسید اولئیک در زیتون منطقه کازرون است و میزان لینولئیک اسید، پالمیتیک، اسید پالمیتولئیک و اسید آراشیدیک در کازرون بیشتر است تا در شیراز. به طور کلی روغن زیتون رقم زرد شیراز دارای بالاترین سطح اسید اولئیک و پایینترین میزان اسید لینولئیک است که از لحاظ کیفی ممتاز تلقی میشود.

اثر اسانس و عصارههای گزنه و نعنا فلفلی در جلوگیری از رشد قارچ آسپرژیلوس فلاووس و تولید آفلاتوکسین B1
استفادهاز اسانس وعصارههایگیاهان داروییبه دلیلداشتنخواصدارویی،ضدقارچی،ضد باکتریاییوآنتیاکسیدانیدر صنایع دارویی، غذایی و خوراک دامروبهپیشرفتاست. به منظور ارزیابی اثر دو گیاه دارویی گزنه و نعنا فلفلی در جلوگیری از رشد میسلیومی و کاهش آفلاتوکسین قارچ Aspergillus flavus این پژوهش اجرا شد. تأثیر اسانس با غلظتهای 5/62، 125، 250، 500 و 1000 میلیگرم در لیتر و عصارههای آبی، اتانولی و اتانولی70 درصد (با غلظت 500، 1000،2000، 4000 و 6000 میلیگرم در لیتر (بر کاهش رشد قارچ A. flavusو آفلاتوکسین بهروش اختلاط با محیط کشت مایع بررسی شد. میزان آفلاتوکسین با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک با کارایی بالا ارزیابی شد. به کارگیری اسانس نعنا و گزنه در غلظت 1000میلیگرم در لیتر به ترتیب 40/79 و30/53 درصد کاهش در وزن خشک قارچ و 25/88 و 3/57 درصد کاهش در میزان آفلاتوکسین تولیدی را به دنبال داشت. عصارههای گیاه نعنا فلفلی در کاهش رشد میسلیومی قارچ و آفلاتوکسینکارآمدتر از عصارههای گزنه بودند و بیشترین کاهش وزن خشک قارچ (25/95 درصد) و آفلاتوکسین تولیدی (58/89 درصد) در غلظت 6000 میلیگرم در لیتر عصارة اتانولی نعنا فلفلی دیده شد. از سوی دیگر مشخص شد که اسانس و عصارههای اتانولی و اتانولی 70 درصد هر دو گیاه، قادر به تجزیة قابل توجه آفلاتوکسین B1 محیط نیستند در حالیکه عصارههای آبی گزنه و نعنا فلفلی در غلظت 4000 میلیگرم در لیتر به ترتیب 15/87 و 1/56 درصد آفلاتوکسین B1 را کاهش دادند. بنابرایناسانس و عصارههای نعنا فلفلی در مقایسه با اسانس و عصارههای گزنه در کاهش رشد میسلیومی قارچ و آفلاتوکسین تولیدی کارآمدتر هستند. در این تحقیق عصارة آبی گزنه فعالیت تجزیهکنندگی قوی آفلاتوکسین B1 را نشان داد که میتواند کاندیدایی امیدبخش برای کاهش آفلاتوکسین معرفی شود.

استفاده از نانوپرکنندهها راهکاری مناسب به منظور بهبود خواص فیلمهای بستهبندی از جنس بیوپلیمرها است. در این پژوهش، فیلم نانوکامپوزیت زئین- مونت موریلونیت به روش قالبگیری محلول تهیه و خواص ساختاری مکانیکی، ممانعتی و حرارتی آن بررسی شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که مطابق الگوهای پراش پرتو ایکس، ساختار کامپوزیتهای حاصل به صورت ورقه ورقه است. مقدار مونت موریلونیت تأثیر معناداری بر خواص مکانیکی، ممانعتی و حرارتی فیلم زئین دارد. بیشترین مقدار مقاومت کششی (62/22 مگاپاسکال) و ازدیاد طول (65/9 درصد) به ترتیب مربوط به نانوکامپوزیتهای زئین حاوی 10 و صفر درصد مونت موریلونیت است. با افزایش میزان مونت موریلونیت ازصفر تا 5 درصد، جذب رطوبت به میزان 28 درصد کاهشمییابد؛ در حالی که نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخار آب در مورد فیلمهای حاوی10 درصد مونت موریلونیت به طور معناداری افزایش مییابد. همچنین، با افزایش میزان مونت موریلونیت از صفر به10 درصد، دمای تخریب حرارتی فیلم زئین در نقطة مربوط به افت وزن 50 درصد از 353 به 373 درجه سلسیوس میرسد. نتایج حاصل حاکی از بهبود خصوصیات مکانیکی، ممانعتی و حرارتی فیلم زئین در حضور درصدهای مختلف مونت موریلونیت است؛ البته پراکندگی یکنواخت مونت موریلونیت در شبکة فیلم زئینی عامل بسیار مهمی در بهبود خصوصیات فیلمهای حاصل به شمار میرود.

بررسی تأثیر رقم و نوع محصول (اصلی و رتون) بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیکی، مکانیکی و تبدیل شلتوک به برنج سفید
در این تحقیق برخی از خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و تبدیل برنج سه رقم محلی متداول به نامهای هاشمی، علیکاظمی و طارم در دو نوع محصول اصلی و رتون بررسی شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل (2×3) در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در پنج تکرار صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که تنها ضخامت و درجة کرویت دانة برنج محصول اصلی (به ترتیب 68/1 میلیمتر و 388/0) به طور معنیدار (01/0>P) کمتر از مقادیر معادل آنها (به ترتیب 71/1 میلیمتر و 398/0) در برنج رتون است. بیشترین طول دانة برنج قهوهای (58/7 میلیمتر) در رقم هاشمی و بیشترین عرض (03/2 میلیمتر)، ضخامت (80/1 میلیمتر)، قطر میانگین هندسی (00/3 میلیمتر)، درجه کرویت (408/0)، سطح دانه (40/25 میلی متر مربع)، جرم مخصوص توده و جرم مخصوص واقعی (به ترتیب 54/561 و 24/1292 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب) و وزن هزار دانه (96/26 گرم) در رقم علیکاظمی به دست آمده است. بیشترین نیروی گسیختگی در بارگذاری خمشی و عملکرد برنج سالم مربوط به برنج رتون رقم هاشمی (به ترتیب 68/24 نیوتن و 36/81 درصد) و کمترین مقدار معادل آنها در برنج محصول اصلی رقم علیکاظمی (به ترتیب 64/19 نیوتن و 41/73 درصد) تعیین شد (01/0>P). بین نیروی گسیختگی در بارگذاری فشاری ارقام مختلف برنج در دو نوع محصول اصلی و رتون اختلاف معنیدار نیست.

طراحی، ساخت و واسنجی استاتیکی یک حسگر نیرو-گشتاور شش درجة آزادی جهت اندازهگیری نیروها و گشتاورهای وارد بر ادوات خاکورزی
در تحقیق حاضر طراحی، ساخت و واسنجی یک حسکنندۀ نیرو-گشتاور شش درجۀ آزادی برای اندازهگیری نیروهای وارد بر ادوات خاکورزی در سه جهت عمود برهم تا محدودۀ حداکثر 5 کیلونیوتن در جهت اندازهگیری مقاومت کششی (Y) و حداکثر 5/2 کیلونیوتن در راستای عمود بر جهت حرکت (Z) و در راستای عمود بر سطح زمین (X) و همچنین گشتاورهای ایجاد شده حول محورهای مختصات تا محدودة حداکثر 5 کیلونیوتن متر حول محور Z و 5/2 کیلونیوتن متر حول محور Y و X، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای طراحی سازه از نرمافزار Solid Works استفاده شد. تحلیل و توزیع کرنش با استفاده از نرمافزار مذکور برای مشخص کردن نقاط گرهی و به منظور کاهش اثر متقابل نیروها و گشتاورها انجام گرفت. عنصر ارتجاعی حسگر از جنس فولاد 1045 (AISI 1045 Steel) از نوع سردکاری شده به طریقه ماشینکاری ساخته شد. کرنشسنجهای مقاومت الکتریکی در نقاط گرهی روی حسگر نصب شدند تا بتوان به طور مستقل کرنشهای مماسی روی سطح حسگر را اندازهگیری کرد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از یک دیتالاگر قابل برنامهنویسی مدل DT800 و یک رایانه استفاده شد. آزمونهای واسنجی استاتیکی حسگر با استفاده از یک سیستم واسنجی اجرا شد که میتوانست نیروها و ممانها را در جهات مختلف اعمال کند. نتایج آزمونها نشان میدهد که منحنیهای واسنجی خطی هستند و اثر متقابل نیروها و گشتاورها بسیار ناچیز است. همچنین حسگر ساخته شده دقت، حساسیت، قدرت تفکیک و قابلیت تکرار مطلوب را دارد.
