The journal "Food Engineering Research" publishes scientific research articles in the fields of food engineering, written in Persian and not published in other journals or other publication formats, through the system https://fooder.areeo.ac.ir accepts the articles and reviews and evaluates them. If approved, the articles will be printed in the order in which they were received. Also, the compilation, review or analysis articles prepared by expert scientists and at the invitation of the editorial board in the field of current issues in technical research and the food industry are published after review and approval.

 

History Journal of Food Engineering Research

The Journal of Food Engineering Research, A refereed publication, The Journal of Agricultural Engineering Research was established in 1996 and ever since has been published by the Agricultural Engineering Research Institute, Karaj Iran. The Journal of Agricultural Engineering Research was separated to two specific field of agricultural mechanization and Irrigation structures in 2014 and Food Engineering Research Journal in 2018. Now, the journal of Food Engineering Research (Food Eng. Res.) is published focusing on aspects of Food Engineering and post-harvest technologies. As one of the most valid and scholarly journals in the country the journal is published in Farsi, along with the abstracts in English as well. This journal is basically dedicated to promoting scholarly exchanges among professors, researchers, and students of different universities, and research institutes, focusing in particular on the exploration of cutting edge knowledge on food engineering and post-harvest technologies.  The journal publishes the most up-to date manuscripts that advance understanding in the areas of specialization.   • Plagiarism Software: In order to protect the rights and intellectual property of the researchers and authors, the system "Hamanandjo-Irandoc" or "Hamanandiyab-Sinaob" is used for Persian articles and the software "iThenticate" is used for English articles in checking the authenticity of the articles in this publication. Similarity more than 35% is not acceptable.
  • Article review fee: According to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology since 2021, there is no fee for the first collection and review of articles.
