Aims

The goal of publishing the Food Engineering Research Journal is to publish scientific articles and make the results of research and studies in the engineering fields of the food industry available to the professional community. All articles will be printed in Persian with an English abstract. Articles should not have been previously published in foreign or domestic publications.

  • Other topics related to the food engineering
