• To avoid prolonging the review process, the editor sends the article immediately upon receipt to one of the editorial board members to determine the publication value (preliminary review). If the article is not accepted at this stage, the review is discontinued. If the opinion of the Editorial Board (preliminary review) is positive that the article has publication value, the next steps are taken.
